We often receive inquiries asking about the possibility of someone, or a company, becoming a wholesale representative of Just 4 Tweenz. We encourage individuals and businesses to add Just 4 Tweenz products to their enterprise and welcome the opportunity to establish new and sustainable relationships within our community. Here then, are our thoughts on how best to establish these relationships.
The most successful wholesale distributors are those who have an inventory and a location to which customers can come visit them, look at product, and place orders. As such, in order to become a wholesale Just 4 Tweenz distributor you should be able to have a minimum inventory and some location where people can come and visit you and look at the samples. Alternatively, you may wish to take samples to customers by visiting shops in your region. In that case it is not necessary that you have an office or facility where people can come to you but rather you can go to them using a car or van.
Cost
There is no cost to become either a wholesale or distributor representative.
Confidentiality
All information obtained by Just 4 Tweenz about an individual or company is kept strictly confidential and is not released to any other entity without the original sender's permission, or as directed by law.
Exclusive Rights
Just 4 Tweenz has no "exclusive rights' agreement with any other individual or company. Exclusivity does not fall within the scope of Just 4 Tweenz's marketing strategy.
Territories
There are no assumed or assigned marketing or sales territories related to either wholesale or distributor representatives. Representatives are free to distribute Just 4 Tweenz products in any geographical area they choose including international sales.
Competitor's Products
Just 4 Tweenz imposes no restrictions on which products, whether our own or a competitors, that a wholesale or distributor representative chooses to inventory, market, advertise, or sell. We recognize that the diversity of your inventory is vital to your success and ultimately empowers your customers with choice. It is this empowerment that facilitates the growth of your business as well as ours.
Sales And Information Manual
Each wholesale and distributor representative is provided with a sales and information manual. There is no cost to receive this manual. The manual is periodically updated with revisions and/or new material. The manual is an extensive document that provides all relevant information needed to effectively advertise, market, and sell the entire line of Just 4 Tweenz products. Included in the manual are CD's providing the user with product information narratives, product photographs, and the Just 4 Tweenz logo. Just 4 Tweenz gives permission for the wholesale representative to utilize any or all of this information in the their efforts to market, merchandise, advertise, promote or sell Just 4 Tweenz products. By utilizing these CD's, the wholesale representative agrees to accurately and legally portray Just 4 Tweenz products and not to materially change Just 4 Tweenz's representations as to the formulation, use, or utility of it's products.
Marketing Support
After signing up to be a wholesaler and placing your first order, we will list your name, address, phone, email and website address on our website so that people in your area can buy directly from you.
Wholesale Representative Requirements
A wholesale representative is an individual, or company, whose main marketing and sales effort results in retail sales. Wholesale representatives typically maintain web sites, retail stores, or operate from their homes as a home business. They may, or may not, advertise their business. Wholesale representatives are either full time income producers or choose to be part time participants. Wholesale representatives usually do not maintain extensive product inventories and rely more on Just 4 Tweenz to replenish their stock as their sales dictate. Wholesale representatives may market and sell all, or part of the Just 4 Tweenz product line and are provided a price list which contains suggested retail pricing.

4.The wholesale representative is required to place an initial product order of
The wholesale representative is required to place an initial product order of not less than $350.00. Thereafter there is no "minimum order" when ordering
products.
5. All distributors & wholesalers must comply with all local, state & federal
laws & regulations included, but not limited to the collection & reporting of
sales & income tax.
6. All Just 4 Tweenz wholesalers are self-employed, independent contractors
and are not employees, franchise holders or legal representatives for Just 4
Tweenz.
